Who am I … and why am I here

These questions echo through our lives and are not always easy to answer...particularly when we've broken free from the conventional 9 to 5 routine of the 'Matrix.' For years, i felt quite confronted by this question, especially when my work failed to define me, signaling a misalignment with my true calling. I believe our essence goes beyond the roles we've played or jobs we've held; it's a collective journey shaping our unique toolbox, guiding us towards what resonates and what doesn't. As a multidisciplinary artist, I've learned to listen to these signs, shifting paths, stepping back, and forging ahead to authentically expressing my soul's mission.

Having immersed myself in over 1300 hours of training encompassing massage, yoga, and various spiritual practices, I've cultivated an inspiring toolbox of diverse techniques and approaches. These elements harmonize seamlessly in my work, each contributing to a unique flow tailored to the individual.

Fueling my passion for food since a young age, I transformed this hobby into my profession. For the past few years, I have curated plant-based menus for various events and retreats. My culinary focus revolves around promoting a healthy digestive system through plant-based cuisine enriched with ferments, complementary combinations, and elements of Ayurvedic kitchen. My heartfelt love for a healthy diet has led me to study nutrition health coaching.

Over the last years my natural desire for expressing innerfelt feelings through dance has opened a path as a performance artist. I collectively cocreated Ritual Performances with Animagika (animagika.com).
As you can see, theres not one definition about what i do. I believe in a healthy balance and that our souls want to express different parts of themselves, at different times and different cycles. There’s no stepbacks in life. We can and shall give space to all those versions that live within. We are allowed to realise that we do not longer resonate with one job or activity that once defined us. We are allowed to not finish certain projects if our whole system tells us that it is not aligned. Learning to trust our gut is essential.

“Let the language of touch be a love letter to your body and spirit.”

Why do I do what I do...

Working both intuitively and from the heart, I merge the knowledge and wisdom accumulated on my transformative path. My gratitude extends to the impactful teachers and guides who generously shared their wisdom, shaping the practitioner I am today.

I've undergone profound transformations in the relation to my body through Tantra and healthy nutrition, unraveling and healing layers of old trauma embedded in my being.I have never felt more alive and aligned as i am doing these days, through incorporating a variety of practises into my life.

This is why i am so passionate about sharing this work. We all have the capacity to heal, indeed our bodys are aiming to heal with every second. Your body produces about 3.8 million cells every second. We are constantly changing and evolving.

By planting the right seeds in our system, through integrating healing modalities such a somatic bodywork and cultivating a foundation of healthy nutrition and mindset, I firmly believe in unlocking the keys to longevity and comprehensive health.
