Beyond skin
“TOUCH IS AS VITAL TO OUR EXISTENCE AS FOOD. IT IS THE FIRST SENSE WE DEVELOP, OUR FIRST AND MOST PRIMAL COMMUNICATION, AND THE ONLY SENSE WITHOUT WHICH WE CANNOT SURVIVE.”
ABOUT DENISE
My work is rooted in the art of nourishment — for body, senses, and spirit. As a certified bodyworker with over six years of experience, I offer sessions in Deep Tissue Massage, Zenthai Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Tantra Massage, and dearmouring, supporting the body in releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting to its natural vitality. Each person is their own landscape with its own tales to explore and paths to walk. I learn form every person i touch.
Alongside my bodywork practice, I work as a chef for retreats, gatherings, and events, creating vibrant, nourishing meals that are primarily plant-based (meat options always available), seasonal, and rich in whole ingredients. My approach to food is flexible and intuitive, adapting to the needs of each group and setting. My purpose of kitchen alchemy is to help empower others to reclaim ownership of their health and wellbeing through conscious habits and food choices.
Through both bodywork and food, I aim to cultivate spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and feel deeply nourished.

WHAT MY PAST CLIENTS ARE SAYING…
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
